Answer:

4+4+4=12

4 is already there!

so if we added same number again which will be 4 plus 4 so it will be 4+4+4 = 12

which is also equal to 4×3=12

Answer:

Let the number be x

Twice the number will be 2x

So Twice a number added to 4 gives 12 means

4+2x=12

4 goes to the right side

2x=12-4

2x=8

x=8/2

x=4
