As the two numbers are consecutive odd integers, let them be x and x + 2.
Given that twice the greater among them is 13 less than thrice the smaller.
This can be written mathematically as,
2(x + 2) = 3x - 13
=> 2x + 4 = 3x - 13
=> 13 + 4 = 3x - 2x
=> 17 = x
=> 17 = x=> 19 = x + 2
Hence the numbers are 17 and 19.
Let's check.
19 × 2 = 38
17 × 3 - 13 = 51 - 13 = 38
