Here is the answer,
Since adjacent angles of a parallelogram are supplementary (180)
2x+9+4x-3=180
= 6x+6=180
6x=180-6
6x= 174
X= 174/6=29
So 2x+9= 2*29+9=67
4x-3=4*29-3=113
Hope it helps you!!
