hello here is your answer by Sujeet yaduvanshi ☝☝☝☝☝☝☝☝☝☝☝

3x-4+3x+16=180°

3x+3x-4+16=180°

6x+12=180°

6x=180°-12

6x=168

x=168/6

x=28

then,

3x-4

3*28-4

84-4

80

Again,,,

3x+16

3*28+16

84+16

100

That's all

Solution :

Let ABCD be a parallelogram.

In the Figure ,

Angle A + Angle B = 180° ( Co - interior )

➨ ( 3x - 4)° + ( 3x + 16)° = 180°

➨ 3x - 4 + 3x + 16 = 180°

➨ 3x + 3x + 16 - 4 = 180°

➨ 6x + 12 = 180°

➨ 6x = 180° - 12°

➨ 6x = 168°

➨ x = 168/6 = 28°

➨ x = 28°

Now ,

(3x - 4)° = (3 × 28 - 4)° => 84 - 4 = 80°

➨ (3x + 16)° = (3 × 28 + 16) => 84 + 16 = 110°

Hence , Solved!
