As per the question we have two cases so let's assume each as Case 1 and Case 2 respectively !

Distance Covered : 20m

Time taken : 4 sec

Speed : Distance / time

: 20 / 4

: 5 m / sec

Case 2 :

Distance Covered : 20 m

Time taken : 10 sec

Speed : Distance / time

: 20 / 10

: 2 m / sec
