Hola Mate !!

Here's your answer :-

We know that the the sum of any two adjacent angles of a parallelogram is equal to 180°.

So, (3x - 4) + (3x + 16) = 180°
=> 3x - 4 + 3x + 16 = 180
=> 6x + 12 = 180
=> 6x = 180 - 12
=> 6x = 168
=> x = 168/6
=> x = 28

Now,
the 1st angle = (3x - 4)°
= (3 × 28 - 4)°
= 80°

& the 2nd angle = (3x + 16)°
= (3 × 28 + 16)°
= 100°

Hope it helps
