Step-by-step explanation:

The two adjacent angles of a parallelogram is equal to 180 degrees.

Therefore,

(3x + 7) + (7x + 3) = 180

3x + 7x + 7 + 3 = 180

10x + 10 = 180

10x = 180 - 10

10 x = 170

x = 170/10

x = 17

Thus the two angles are:

3x + 7 = (3 × 17) + 7 = 51 + 7 = 58

7x + 3 =(7 × 17) + 3 = 119 + 3 = 122
