\huge\bf{Hello!}

Because in a parallelogram, opposite angles are equal and you know the sum of all of the angles is equal to 360.

X%2BY%2BX%2BY=360

X%2BY=180

Now if X=Y then,

X%2BX=180

2X=180

X=90

So then,

Y=90

I hope it help u ☺!

Hii mate,

your answer is

=》 Let ABCD is a parallelogram .

So, opposite angles of a parallelogram are equal

angle A = angle C and angle B = angle D

Sum of adjacent angles of a parallelogram is 180°

So , angle A + angle B = 180°

but angle A = angle B ( given )

=》 angle A + angle A =180°

=》2 angle A =180°

=》 angle A = 180°/2 = 90°

thus , angle A = angle B =angle C =angle D = 90°

Hence, each angle is 90° .

Thus we can say that this parallelogram is a rectangle or a square.

I hope this answer helps you ✅✅
