Hey mate!!!
Given,
2 adjacent angles are congruent.
Let them be <1 and <2.
<1 = <2
Then,
Sum of cointerior angles of a parallelogram is 180
=> <1 + <2 = 180
=> <1 + <1 = 180
=> 2<1 = 180
=> <1 =
=> <1 = 90.
Therefore all the angles of the parallelogram are 90 each. Then, the quadrilateral is a rectangle.
