area of parallelogram = length × height

length = 15 height = 8

area = 15 × 8 = 120sq cm

other side length = 10

therefore area = length × height

120 = 10 × h

h = 120÷10

h = 12cm

distance between two shorter sides is 12 cm.

vishaalsar: can you salve the other question i.e solve x .
kartik2507: please forward the question
vishaalsar: ok
vishaalsar: solve x:-. (5x-2)/3)+(7x-3)/4)= 5/12
vishaalsar: x should be equal to 5/12
