Hi ,

Let a and b two adjacent sides of

the parallelogram ,

a = 24 cm , b = 18 cm

Height between two

longer sides = H = 12 cm

Height between

two shorter sides = h cm

Area of the parallelogram = base × height

bh = aH

18 × h = 24 × 12

h = ( 24 × 12 ) / 18

h = 16 cm

I hope this helps you.
