Two adjacent sides of a parallelogram are 5 cm and 6 cm respectively. Find its perimeter.

Answer:

I'st adjacent side = 5cm

2nd adjacent side =6cm

perimeter of parallelogram= 2(length+ breadth)

=2(5+6)

=2×11

=22cm.

the given sides are 5cm &6cm so the perimeter of parallelogram is २(l+b) but there is not length nd breadth so we take a and b in place of l and b so next step is 2(5+6) , 2*11=22 cm is ans
