= 2( 3x^2 - 5y^2 + 7x - xy )
= 2 ( 10x^2 - 5y^2 - xy )
= 20x^2 - 10y^2 - 2xy

perimeter of rectangle = 2(lb)

=2(3x squqre -5y square + 7x square -xy )

=6x square-10y square+14x square - 2 xy

=6x square + 14x square -10y - 2xy

=20x square - 10y - 2 xy
