Area of Triangle = 12 basex Height

1/2 (2x+1)*6x= 30 cm^2

2x^2 +x= 10

2x^2+x-10=0

2x^2+5x-4x-10=0

(2x+5)(x-2)=0

x= -5/2 or x=2

therefore two sides of triangle be 12cm and 5cm

third side hypotenuse will be find using Pythagoras theorem

(12)^2+5^2=H^2

H= 13cm ans
