Two adjasant side of parallogram are 24 cm and 18cm l.If the distance between longer side is 12 cm find the distance between shorter side

area of parallelogram = length × height

24 × 12 = 288sq cm

shorter sides 18cm

therefore

288 = 18 × h

h = 288 ÷ 18

h = 16 cm
