Manures are organic matters that is produced by the decomposition of crop residue, animal dung and the sludge from the treatment of sewage. 2 advantage of manures are :-
1. Adds humus to the soil and thus improves the structure of the soil making it hold water and aerating it.
2. Not expensive can be prepared from waste in the farm.
