Step-by-step explanation:

aeroplanes are flying in opposite direction ,therefore

relative speed = 250 + 350 = 600km/hr

distance = 1000km

time aeroplanes will take to pass each other = 1000/600 =5/3 hr

= 5/3 *60 = 100mins = 1hr 40 minutes

aeroplanes will pass each other

at = 9:00AM + 1hr40min

= 10:40AM Answer
