Angle 1: $x$
Angle 2: $x$
Angle 3: $x+18$

Equation: $x+x+x+18=180$ or $3x+18=180$

Why 180? Because the Sum of the interior angles of a triangle is 180°.

Solution:  $3x+18=180$

$3x=180-18$

$3x=162$

$\frac{3x}{3} = \frac{162}{3}$

$x= 54$

Angle 1: $54$°
Angle 2: $54$°
Angle 3: $54+18$° or $72$°
