sum of angles on a straight line is 180° so

2x+15+3x-50 =180°

5x-35 =180°

5x= 215

x= 215/5

x=43

1st angle = 2×x +15 =2×43 +15 = 101°

2nd angle = 3x-50° = 3×43-50=79°

hope it helps:)

Since the angles are in linear pair , they add up to 180°

2x + 15° + 3x - 50° = 180°

5x - 35° = 180°

5x = 180° + 35°

5x = 215°

x = 215°/5

x = 43°

First angle :- 2x + 15

2 x 43 + 15 = 86 + 15 = 101°

Second angle :- 3x - 50

3 x 43 - 50 = 79°
