Complementary angle-
When the sum of a pair of an angle is 90°, it is known as a complementary angle.
Example
Angle 1=50°
to find the other angle we must subtract it from 90°
=90°-50°=40°
therefore 2nd angle=40°

therefore 50°&40° make a complementary pair
