Let the smaller be x

Then the larger will be 2x-3

According to given conditions,

        x+2x-3 = 90

           3x-3 = 90

              x-1 = 30

                x = 31

Smaller angle = 31

Larger angle = 2x-3

                     = 2(31) - 3

                     = 62-3

                     = 59

Hope it helps you
