as we know that supplementary angle is 180degree

let the first angle is x

then the other is x+72

so,

x+ x+72 =180

2x + 72=180

2x=180-72

2x=108

x= 180/2

x=90

so the smaller angle is 90degree.

Answer:

the answer will be 54 degree

Step-by-step explanation:

x+x+72degree

2x + 72 degree = 180 degree

2x = 180 degree - 72 degree

2x = 108 degree

x = 108/2

x = 54 degree
