For two straight intersecting lines sum of adjacent angles is 180

and vertically opposite angles are equal.

In the attached figure

∠1+∠2=∠2+∠3=∠3+∠4=∠4+∠1=180

(Adjacent angles on straight lines)

∠1=∠3 and ∠2=∠4 (Opposite angles)

So option B is correct.
