Let the angles be 4x and 5x.
The sum of two angles is 4x + 5x = 9x
Then the third angle is 180° - 9x
The equation is 9x = 180° - 9x
or 9x + 9x = 180°
or 18x = 180°
or x = 180°/18 = 10°
Therefore the angles are 4x= 4x10 = 40°, 5x =5x10 = 50° and 180° - 90 ° = 90°
