yes it is correct question
if it is not clear how did the other person answered it
it should have been like " if the sum of these two angles are equal to the third one".
I am tired of the way how questions are put stupidly.
Moreover, the asker has put no fullstops anywhere to separate it from being a misspelt question !

4x +5x = 180-9x
9x =180-9x
18x=180
x=10
so 3rd angle is 180-9x = 180-9×10=180-90=90
or
if the sum of two angles equal to yhe third angle of the triangle...then the triangle is a right angle triangle & the third angle is always 90°
