The Answer

We know that the sum of the angles of a triangle are 180 (degrees).
Let the measures of two angles of the triangle be 4x, 5x.
Therefore, the third one is 4x + 5x , i.e., the sum of the two angles = 9x.
Now, 4x + 5x + 9x = 180.
Therefore, 18x = 180 and x = 10.
So the first angle (4x) will be 4×10 = 40 (degrees).
The second angle (5x) will be 5×10 = 50
The third angle will be 40+50 = 90.
So the measures of the angles of the triangle are 40 (degrees), 50 (degrees) and 90 (degrees).

Let the measure of two angles be 4x and 5x and the third one is ( 4x + 5x ).

We know that ;

Sum of angles of triangle = 180°

⇒ 4x + 5x + 4x + 5x = 180

⇒ 18x = 180

⇒ x = 180/18

⇒ x = 10

Therefore, the angles are ;

4x = 4 * 10 = 40°

5x = 5 * 10 = 50°

9x = 9 * 10 = 90°
