A takes 12mins to cover ⅖th of the path

when A covers ⅗th, B covers ⅖th

when A covers full, B covers ⅔rd

So in 12mins, B covers ⅔-⅖= 4/15

So the last ⅓rd is covered by B in 12*15/12= 15mins more

So the time when B reaches starting point is 10:12+15mins

= 10:27
