Let Difference between 4th term of both ap be x,

then

x=(b+3d)-(a+3d) or (a+3d)-(b+3d)

Let substitute the value of a and b,(Value Given)

x=(-8+3d)-(-1+3d) or (-1+3d)-(-8+3d)

x=-8+3d+1-3d or -1+3d+8-3d

x= -7 or 7.
