given,u=10m/s ,v=20m/s take g as 9.8m/s²
Now,use third equation v²=u²+2gh
(20)²=(10)²+2*9.8*h
400=100+19.6h
400-100=19.6h
300=19.6h
300/19.6=h

Hence proved
