Terminal velocity is given by-
v = F / (6 (pi) nr)
where F is force exerted by liquid,
n is coefficient of viscocity and
r is radius.
also, F is proportional to r^3 (buoyancy force is proportional to volume of object)
From above arguments,
v is proportional to r^2.
Solve accordingly.
