Assume it is a collision and conservation of momentum and energy problem.
m1= 2m. m2=3m.
If they are traveling in the same direction then,
v1 = 7v/3. v2=10/3 v.
Both continue in the same direction.
If they are traveling in opposite directions then ,
v1= v/3. v2= -14/3 v.
Both get rebounded back.
