Two balls of the same size but of different materials, rubber and iron are kept on the smooth floor of a moving train. The brakes are applied suddenly to stop the train. Will the balls start rolling? If so, in which directions? Will they move with the same speed? Give reason for your answer.

///hello there///

///here is your best answer//

///the balls kept on the floor of the moving train are also in the motion due to inertia of motion when brakes are applied both the balls will start moving///

//but as the mass is not same and is inversely proportional to acceleration by newton's second law of motion the speed at which they tend to move is not same///

///the wooden ball will have greater magnitude of speed whereas the iron ball will have lesser magnitude of sped////

///the ball will move in the opposite direction of force<applying of brakes>
