Two big packets of books contain 54 and 84 books respectively. These books are
to be packed into small packets which will contain same number of books. How
many maximum number of books can be packed in each small packet?

We have to find the HCF Of these numbers.

So,

We will take out their factors.

54 = 1,2,3,6,9,18,27,54.

84 = 1,2,3,4,6,7,12,14,21,28,42,84.

So, Highest Common Factor = 6.
