40%

Let us assume the quantities of the two blends be 2x and 3x respectively..
so total weight of the two blends =2x+3x=5x
so,CP of 1st blend=35*2x=70x and CP of 2nd blend =40*3x=120x
so,total CP +70x+120x=190x

now 1/5 of the mixture =(1/5)*5x=x
hence SP of 1/5 of the mixture =x*46=46x
remaining amount of the mixture =5x-x=4x
so ,the SP of the remaining mixture =4x*55=220x
so,total SP=220x+46x=266x

now sp>cp,so there is profit
now profit =sp-cp
=266x-190x=76x

profit%=(profit/CP)*100
=>profit%=(76x/190x)*100
=>profit%=40%
