answer : block of mass 2 units would require a larger force to move it from the rest position.

according to Newton second law of motion, when a body is moving with an non-uniform velocity {i.e., accelerating motion}, body must experience force. and force experienced by body is directly proportional to its mass and acceleration. Viz, F = ma

now, you can say, if we want to move both the block with same acceleration then, force will be higher for higher mass and lower for lower mass.

for instance,

force on block of mass 2 unit, F = 2a

and force on block of mass 1unit , f = a

here, obviously F > f .

so, block of mass 2 unit would require larger force to move it from the rest position.
