Given:

Mass of first block = 10 kg

Mass of the second block = 5 kg

Force applied = 210 N

To find:

Acceleration of the system.

Solution:

As we know that: Force = mass* acceleration

As the question asks the acceleration of the whole system, we will therefore take the mass of the whole system.

Therefore, on putting the values we get:

210 = (10+5) * a

210= 15* a

a = 14 m/s²

Therefore the acceleration of the system is 14 m/s².

Answer:

the answer will be 4 m/s²

Explanation:

given__

1st block mass - 10kg

2nfd block mass - 5kg

upper force - 210N

the system is hanging so there hase a downward force

download force = mass * gravity.

g = 9.8 m/s² approximately 10

we know that

( Net force = mass × acceleration )

here net force will be = (upper force - down word force )

uporer force ⬆️(210N) - Downward force⬇️(g × m)

=210 - 10 * (10 + 5 )

=60

then

F net= ma

or, a=Fnet/m

or,a=60/15

or,a= 4
