Let the velocity of first body = v

That gives us ,
(1/2)*m*(2v)^2 = (1/2)*m*v^2
4v^2 = v^2
Therefore , the ratio is 4:1
Thanks

shubham16179: it's answer 2:1
shubham16179: so how 4:1
shubham16179: Plz tell
shubham16179: in book it's answer 2:1
Aqua5: The velocity in the equation is squared
Aqua5: You may solve the equation in the answer
