- Ratio of time taken by these bodies will be irrespective of their masses because gravity acts similar to all bodies provided in vaccum!
- By second eq of motion i.e. S(displacement) = ut + ½gt²
- Hence it is dropped then the initial velocity is obviously zero
- Then it goes like this -: S = ½gt²
- For the first body i.e. on 16m
- 16 = ½*10*t² ( g = 10m/s²)
- t = 4/√5 sec
- For second body 25m
- 25 = ½*10*t²
- t=√5 sec
