the height of 49m and 25m
respectively. Find the ratio between

For answering this problem, you may need to know the direct result for time of fall of an object

It is t=2Hg−−−−√

Where symbols have their usual meaning

You may also take out this result by putting

v=2gH−−−−√ and u=0 in the first equation of kinematics.

So for 1st object

t1=2H1g−−−−√(1)

And for 2ndobject

t2=2H2g−−−−√(2)

Dividing 1 by 2

t1t2=2H1g−−−−√2H2g−−−−√

HENCE

t1t2=H1H2−−−√
