If two bodies are dropped simultaneously from height h1 and h2 and they reach the ground at t1 and t2 seconds, then let their velocities be v1 and v2.

We already know that Velocity, v = √2.g.h

where g is the acceleration due to gravity and h is the height.

Hence, v1 = √2.g.h1

 And, v2 = √2.g.h2

Since in this case, g is constant.

Therefore, the ratio of v1:v2 = h1:h2.
