Explanation:

let the mass of body 1 is m. body 2 is 4m.

let velocity of body 1 is v1 and body 2 is v2

kinetic energy of body 1 is 1/2 mv1^2

kinetic energy of body 2 is 1/2 4mv2^2

according to question,

(1/2 mv1^2)/(1/2 4mv2^2)= 1 ( because kinetic energy of two bodies same, so ratio is 1)

v1^2/v2^2=4

taking the square root,

v1/v2= 2

so, v1/v2= 2/1 = 2:1
