Let v be the same velocity attained by them starting from rest

So using v = u + a t

$V_{1} =$ F/2 × $T_{1}$

$V_{2} =$F/2 × $T_{2}$

Given, $V_{1} =V_{2}$

F/2 × $T_{1}$ = F/4 × $T_{2}$

=1:2
