let the mass of the two body is x
so the the speed of one is 2x the speed of the other.
Now, the ratio of the kinetic energy of the two bodies is 4:1

kinetic \: energy =  \frac{1}{2} m {v}^{2}  \\ m1 = m2 \\ v1 = 2 \times v2 \\   \frac{ \frac{1}{2}m {(v1)}^{2}  }{ \frac{1}{2}m {(v2)}^{2}  }  =  \frac{ {(v1)}^{2} }{ {(v2)}^{2} }   \\  =  \frac{ {(2v2)}^{2} }{ {(v2)}^{2} }  =  \frac{4}{1}
