1/2 = 1/2 x m x (v1)^2/1/2 x m x (v2)^2

v1/v2 = 1/√2

ratio of momentum is mv1/mv2

i.e. v1/v2 = 1/√2

oh no my answer is not matched to options but my way is correct...
