ANSWER

F = GMm/d²

F= 6.7 × 10⁻¹¹ N kg⁻²m² × 40kg × 40kg / (2m)²

F = 2680 × 10⁻¹¹ N

F = 2.680 × 10⁻⁸ N

Given:

Mass of object one ( m1) = 40 kg

Mass of object two ( m2) = 40 kg

distance between the two objects (d) = 2m

Universal Gravitational

Constant ( G) = 6.673 × 10^-11 Nm^2kg-2

To find :

Gravitational force of attraction between them=?

Formula :

F = G m1m2

d^2

Solution:

F = 6.673 × 10^-11 × 40 × 40

2^2

F = 6.673 × 40×40 × 10^-11

4

F = 6.673 × 40 ×20 ×10^-11

F = 6.673 × 800 × 10^-11

F = 53.38 ×100×10^-11

F = 53.38×10^-9 N

therefore ,

the Gravitational force of attraction between the two bodies is 53.38×10^-9 N.
