Two bodies having same mass are attached to the free end of the two spring  balance respectively. Both masses are fully immersed in beaker A & B having  the same liquid. It is found that level of liquid after fully immersing the body in  beaker A is more than that of beaker B. Then what is the relation between  upthrust ‘U’ exerted by the liquid on both the masses ?

Since mass of the bodies and same and the liquid is also same , so it should have exerted the same upthrust U on both the masses. but according to the question, the U is diff. So let's assume that the level of liquid is less in beaker B than in A .

we know upthrust U= volume of body submerged * density of liquid*gravitational acceleration

Therefore ; U1>U2
