Time is given by √2h/g .

So it is independent of mass .

Ratio will be

r =  \frac{   \sqrt{ \frac{2a}{g} }   }{ \sqrt{ \frac{2b}{g} } }  =  \sqrt{ \frac{a}{b} }  \:  \: or \:  \:   \frac{ \sqrt{a} }{ \sqrt{b} }
