Let mass of each body = m.

Momentum = m * (velocity).

If velocity of first object = 2v, velocity of second object = v (given).

p_{1} = m(2v) = 2mv

p_{2} = m(v) = mv

\frac{p_{1}}{p_{2}} = \frac{2mv}{mv} = 2
