m2 has greater KINETIC ENERGY as it's velocity will be more than that of m1.

Relation between linear momentum and kinetic energy is:

ke \:  = p {}^{2}  \div 2m
So, KE is inversely proportional to root m
hence,
k1 / k2 = m2/m1
Therefore, M2 has higher KE.
