two bodies of masses 1 kg and 1kg respectively moving in opposite direction to each other at speed of 5 m/s collide. what would be the speed of the two objects after the collision if they stick to each other?

the speed of the two bodies would be zero because two of the bodies at the same speed 5 metre per second so they completely resist each other's motion and motion of the body is will stop and they will remain in rest position

(I assumed from left to right to be positive.
So another one is moving from right to left hence negative.)

So, V= (1×5-1×5)/(1+1)

V=0/2=0 m/s ans.
